BVCI is signatory to all trades under the National Maintenance Agreement and General
Presidents Power Maintenance Agreement.
- Overland Contracting Inc. (OCI)
For more than 10 years, OCI has performed construction execution work in the merit
shop labor market. Large projects are executed on a joint venture or consortium
basis. Small to mid-size projects are completed utilizing local direct hire labor
