Luisa Freeman has joined its Enterprise Management Solutions (EMS) Division as
a Managing Director in its Business Strategy & Planning Practice.
Freeman, a nationally known expert in the market dynamics of demand-side
(DSM) management for energy, has completed extensive market research on
changing electricity end-use consumption patterns and the implications for
designing cost-effective DSM programs.
She has more than 25 years experience in market intelligence, energy
efficiency, renewable energy technology and distributed generation program
planning and evaluation for government and private industry clients.

Freeman is a co-chair of the National Capitol Region Chapter of the
Association of Energy Services Professionals and a member of the Qualitative
Research Consultants of America. She is a graduate of the University of
Tennessee with a bachelor’s in economic geography and earned a bachelor’s in
economics from Mary Washington University. She has previously served with other
nationally known management consulting companies.
