Program & Construction Management
Black & Veatch continues to provide program management services and construction phase (Title II) services to government agencies for more than 100 years. Our Program and Construction Management services are built on a foundation of safety, quality and accountability. We have the knowledge, tools and resources to plan, integrate and implement every aspect of our client’s program – to drive competitive pricing, schedule certainty, and long-term value.
Contingency/Disaster Response
Assist in restoring facilities and basic infrastructure destroyed by major natural or manmade disasters and rapidly providing contingency related services.
This includes communities and military installations and spans facilities and power, water/wastewater and telecom infrastructure meeting requirements, policies, protocols and local codes and regulations for DoD, DHS and other Federal agencies.

When our nation requires engineering and construction services to support the warfighter or faces national emergencies such as natural disasters, pandemic outbreaks, and climate change; disaster response services become required by DoD and FEMA. During these challenging times, we are there to help by providing contingency and disaster solutions for DoD facilities and infrastructure restoration including damage assessments to ensure mission readiness.
