Installation Master Planning
Our team uses a systems-based approach that analyzes and integrates complex, natural and man-made elements to create optimal and well-balanced plans that achieve resilience, sustainability and economic goals. Our plans create a long-range vision, to guide infrastructure, facilities, transportation, environmental, and other development activities over time and support mission-critical and capital investment decisions.

Facility Planning & Programming
Programming is a process to define a client, organization or facility’s needs and identification of requirements and costs to develop a solution. For large-scale capital projects, this can often involve collection and analysis of large amounts of data. Studies may include preparation of Requirements Analysis (RA) and DD1391s; Feasibility Studies; Planning & Design charrettes, Adaptive Reuse studies, RFP development, and similar pre-design efforts to help organize a client’s specific needs.
Our team analyzes space supply/demand requirements with a focus on developing alternatives and multiple courses of action (COAs) to assist our clients in their strategic decision-making. We are experienced in leading hands-on, collaborative workshops to develop your planning and programming solutions.
Facility/Asset Management
Facility/asset management is a disciplined approach to operating and maintaining real property and real estate to maximize functionality over time and minimize risk to personnel, missions, and budgets. While capital investments are significant, construction is only a small portion of the total cost of an asset over its lifetime.
Our team is experienced in helping organizations identify their facility inventory, assess facility condition, and determine mission priorities for investments to sustain, repair, and modernize facilities.
