Remediation Subject Matter Lead
Barbara Butler is the Remediation Subject Matter Lead for Black & Veatch's environmental services team. She has executed and managed projects under both state and federal regulatory programs and involving all aspects of response actions to traditional and emerging contaminants such as PFAS. This involvement includes field planning and investigation, site characterization, feasibility study, groundwater modeling, remedial design and action, human health and ecological risk assessment, hazardous and solid waste management, and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessment.
