Carlos Meono has over twenty years of experience managing implementation projects—both large and small—of varying complexity for the major operating departments of major national and international utilities.
He combines deep knowledge of the utility industry with extensive experience in successfully implementing the entire Oracle Utilities suite of supporting applications.
Mr. Meono possesses strong leadership and people skills. He supports team-building and enhances results by merging the skills of the client team with those of the Black & Veatch team. He is also result-oriented with a focus on completing projects on-budget and on-schedule.
