Stormwater/Surface Water Technical Lead
As the Stormwater / Surface Water Technical Lead in Black & Veatch’s Integrated Planning group, Richard Hayslett’s projects have included a wide variety of hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality modeling (EFDC, CE-QUAL-W2, SWMM, HEC-HMS/HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, EPA SWMM, InfoWorks CS/ICM, EFDC, P8, RiverWare) supporting the design of facilities for water quality, water supply, wastewater, and stormwater. In addition, Richard has developed decision support systems related to a utility’s management of these facilities. Richard's experience also consists of developing custom software for engineering applications using Excel/VBA, Visual Basic, and Python.
