Ms. Edwards Häfele is a Principal Consultant with 15 years of experience in the consulting industry. Her expertise is in Organizational Change Management and Project Management. She has a thorough command of organizational change management including communications, executive sponsorship, business processes, and training.
She has experience in project management and delivering client results that involve several organizational components, including corporate communications, system delivery, customer service, finance, billing, power systems technology, and NERC CIP requirements. Ms. Edwards Häfele is also proficient in all aspects of project planning and execution, including requirements gathering, day-to-day management, client relationships, and status reporting. She managed the PMO office for Central Maine Power’s Smart Meter AMI Implementation.
