Federal and state environmental agencies are beginning their second round of BART compliance analyses that now include industrial sources. Like the previous requirements, identified eligible sources may need to assess potential emissions reduction alternatives for eligible source emissions of NOx, SO2 and/or particulate with the goal of supporting reasonable progress toward improved visibility.
