In response to increased cybersecurity concerns across the world, the U.S. Department of Defense has introduced the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirement for federal contractors. The new framework is designed to specifically protect Federal Contract Information (FCI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). These new cybersecurity requirements will improve the level of protection for Department of Defense contractors.
Black & Veatch is accredited by the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Accreditation Body (CMMC-AB) to provide readiness assessment to federal contractors. This readiness service will help federal contractors ensure they meet the pre-determined set of controls established by the CMMC program.
