As the consultant for the expansion of TPWTW, B&V designed and provided construction management supervision on the project for WSD. B&V also performed a similar role on the original award-winning TPWTW project. The expansion doubles the treatment capacity of the plant, alleviating the load from the Sha Tin Water Works located nearby. The plant covers an area of about 10 hectares, supplying fresh water to Tai Po, West and Central Kowloon, and the Central and West Districts of Hong Kong island. The new building facilities have integrated green features and renewable energy technologies
