President, Chief People Officer
Andrea Bernica is President, Chief People Officer, on the Black & Veatch Leadership Team. She is responsible for leading all elements of the Global HR strategy and for managing talent and organizational capability across the organization by cultivating an inclusive and high-performing work environment with professionals from diverse backgrounds. Her integrity, deep understanding of our culture, and passion for fostering employee growth and development aligns with our company’s values and performance priorities. With more than 20 years of industry and legal experience, including 12 years with Black & Veatch, Andrea most recently served as Chief of Staff and previously as Lead Employment and Corporate Counsel. Before joining Black & Veatch she was an attorney at three major law firms.
