Preparing for Retirement is a Multi-Phased Approach

Re-use options are varied, and could include:

This stage often includes cost estimating and may include a workshop to select the best option. Many factors go into this decision.

This stage often includes hazardous materials testing & surveys, and detailed design including the following:

  • Shutoff incoming systems

  • Close outgoing systems

  • Landfill Closure Plan

  • Site restoration / Drainage
