Our operations in China bring together global experience with a rich knowledge of both Chinese and international engineering codes and standards. This sees our team manage risk and meet performance and quality expectations for clients on a variety of roles with Chinese developers, equipment manufacturers and contractors on projects domestically and increasingly throughout the world.
We draw on direct experience from working with Chinese clients since our first role on a major power plant that served the people of Beijing in 1979. Our relationship with China dates even further back to 1930 where we were integral in developing Hong Kong SAR’s water supply and much of its iconic water infrastructure today. Since the turn of the century, we have established wholly foreign owned entities (WFOE) in Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen, and continued to enhance our capabilities in Hong Kong SAR, China.
Today we have more than 250 professionals across our offices in mainland China providing scaled and adapted services across the lifecycle of power, oil & gas, water and many other assets.
