Black & Veatch provided owner’s engineer and construction management services in support of Quantum’s wind project on Passadumkeag Ridge in Grand Falls Township; Penobscot County, Maine. The 39 MW project features thirteen 3 MW wind turbines and includes an 18-mile-long 34.5 kV transmission line.
