The Board of Directors of Black & Veatch has selected a new Chairman & CEO for the company upon the decision of Steve Edwards to retire after 44 years of outstanding leadership, service and dedication to the company. Steve will continue in his leadership role through a transition period when Mario Azar, currently the company’s President, Energy & Process Industries, will succeed Steve.
