Transitional General Counsel
Stuart Shaw joined Black & Veatch as a senior attorney in 2001. He now serves as Transitional General Counsel. Stuart also continues to serve as Senior Vice President and Lead Counsel for Global Transactions and Government Affairs. He previously led the company’s Risk Management and Dispute Resolution practices, and he supports the Black & Veatch Board of Directors’ Governance & Nominating Committee. Before Black & Veatch, Stuart worked as a trial attorney in private practice for nearly a decade, focusing on civil litigation.
